How to Apply

Ensure it is executable: chmod +x install_osticket.sh

Run it: sudo ./install_osticket.sh

Note: I added prompts for WEB_USER and WEB_GROUP as well, so you can easily switch between apache (Fedora/RHEL) and www-data (Ubuntu/Debian) without editing the file code.
